Used to be a building at Towson University. Held the daycare center and early education classes. Closed in 2007 to be torn down and rebuilt. After taking pictures there, I learned that the building was about to be used for police training until it was completely torn down...lucky we weren't sneaking around there while the po-in-trainings were running around!
